1. Start with the short form
The contact form takes about two minutes. Give the session type, the feel you are after and a few possible dates. A useful inquiry gives the conversation somewhere to start. It does not need a perfectly written creative brief.
If the photographs have a particular use, include that context. A headshot for a business profile and photographs for a family wall may lead to different planning decisions even when both are portraits.
2. Set the plan together
The next step is a 15-minute call or coffee to agree on the vision, location and wardrobe. This is where references become an actual plan for the session.
The purpose is to settle the decisions that would otherwise distract from being photographed. A location and a direction are more useful than leaving every choice open until the day itself.
3. Come to the session

4. Receive the gallery
